Gulf Gear MZ series are premium performance gear lubricants designed to provide effective lubrication in a wide range of automotive transmissions. These are formulated from high quality base stocks and proven performance extreme pressure additives to provide protection to gear components against wear and scoring. They offer protection against oxidation degradation and rust & corrosion. Gulf Gear MZ exceeds requirements of Daimler MB 235.5, MAN 341 Typ Z-2 and ZF TE-ML- 02B and 17A (SAE 80W and 80W-90) and 16A, 17A and 19A (SAE 80W-90, 85W-90 and 90) for gear oils.

• Other applications involving spiral bevel gears operating under moderate to severe speeds and loads and axles with hypoid gears operating under mild to moderate speeds and loads.
• Gulf Gear MZ 80W and 80W-90 are recommended for extended drain (compared to ZF TE-ML 02A) in ZF transmission where ZF TE-ML 02 A/B type of oils are recommended.
• Not suitable for automatic transmissions.
